Cancellation Policy

Scheduling All consultations are booked through our online scheduling system at PocketHR.Consult. Appointments are confirmed instantly upon booking and payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your session details, along with a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking. All fees are displayed before checkout — what you see is what you pay. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal through our secure payment portal. Cancellations You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. Rescheduling You may reschedule one time per booking at no additional cost, provided the change is made at least 24 hours in advance. To reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly. Late Arrivals If you are late to a live call or video session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The expert will wait up to 10 minutes; if you have not joined by then, the session will be marked as a no-show. Refunds If PocketHR is unable to fulfill your booking due to expert unavailability or a technical issue on our end, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost. Refunds for completed sessions are not available, as expert guidance is delivered in real time. Privacy Any information you provide during the booking process or consultation is kept confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
